What Eil stores and how to request deletion.

About Eil
Eil is a Discord app for gaming communities.
This policy covers Eil's game news and server status, Twitch alerts, notification roles, boss timers, member logs, and private-server tools.
What Eil handles
Eil stores server, channel, role, and bot-message IDs to track settings and posted messages. These IDs refer to Discord resources, not necessarily people.
User IDs identify Discord accounts. Commands and moderation records linked to those IDs are user-related information. Resource IDs can also relate to people depending on how they are used.
- Eil stores feature settings, webhook URLs, and notification configuration alongside resource IDs.
- Commands and interactions use Discord user IDs, usernames, command names, and arguments to respond to requests and manage roles or timers.
- Member logs use join and leave events, user identity and avatar, account creation time, server member count, and membership duration when available.
- In one private server, honeypot moderation checks roles for exemptions. Its reports can include the author's identity, join time, message text, and attachment links or images when Discord supplies them.
- Application logs record command activity, identifiers, errors, and moderation results. They can also include the text of bot or webhook messages deleted from the honeypot.
Eil stores public game announcements, summaries, source images, and server observations for news, archives, and dashboards.
Why Eil needs it
Eil uses this data to run enabled features, answer commands, manage notifications, moderate the honeypot, and investigate errors.
Member logs are off by default.
Server managers can enable or disable them with /setup memberlogs.
Where data stays
Eil stores configuration and delivery records in databases outside Discord.
Member logs and moderation reports stay in Discord until someone removes them. Eil does not automatically delete these reports or download honeypot attachments into a separate archive.
Eil rotates application logs either by age or by file size, depending on the log. Age-based logs have a configured 14-day retention period. Size-based logs keep up to 30 backup files with no fixed expiry date.
Database records have no shared automatic expiry. Removing Eil from a server does not erase all saved settings.
Backups and other logs on the host may keep copies after live records are removed.
Email the privacy contact to request deletion or ask what remains in databases, Discord reports, logs, or backups.
Other services
Eil connects to Discord, game publishers, and Twitch to run its enabled features.
Discord channel permissions determine who can see posted messages. Publisher archives are public.
Other services handle data under their own privacy policies.
This website
This policy site does not set application cookies or use analytics scripts or advertising trackers.
Cloudflare hosts the site and may process IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect it.
See Cloudflare's privacy policy and Discord's privacy policy for how they handle data.
Your choices
Server managers can disable optional notifications through Eil's setup commands where available. Users can unsubscribe from supported notification roles through the supplied controls.
The honeypot has no individual opt-out for message-content logging.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@kr0nick.dev with your Discord user ID. Include the server ID and feature if relevant.
We may ask you to verify that the data is yours or that you manage the server.
For reports posted in Discord, contact the server's moderators too.
We will explain any limits on your request, including copies in backups or data controlled by another service.
Policy changes
We will update this policy when Eil's data handling changes.
